Welcome to NTEGame.com (the "Site"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. 2. Site Purpose and Intellectual Property Disclaimer

NTEGame.com is an independent, non-commercial, volunteer-run fan project created to provide information and resources for the game Neverness To Everness. This Site is not affiliated with, sponsored, endorsed, or specifically approved by Perfect World Games or any entities officially associated with the development or publication of Neverness To Everness.

All intellectual property pertaining to Neverness To Everness, including but not limited to game titles, characters, artwork, trademarks, and logos, remains the exclusive property of their respective owners. The use of such materials on this Site is for informational, educational, and community discussion purposes only, under the principles of fair use.

3. User-Generated Content (UGC)

Our Site allows you to submit content, including but not limited to Twitch clips and hardware performance benchmarks ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for the User Content you submit.

  • User Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the User Content you submit. You also warrant that your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of any person.
  • License Grant to Us: By submitting User Content to the Site, you grant NTEGame.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Site's services. This license is solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site.
  • Prohibited Content: You may not submit any User Content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or otherwise injurious to third parties.
  • Right to Moderate: We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, edit, reject, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by NTEGame.com. We use services like the Twitch API for clip submissions and Cloudflare for security. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. NTEGame.com does not warrant that the information provided is accurate, reliable, or correct; that the Site will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure; or that any defects or errors will be corrected.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NTEGame.com, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content. In no event shall the aggregate liability of NTEGame.com for all claims relating to the Site exceed the sum of one U.S. dollar ($1.00).

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the site operators reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
