NTEGame.com is an independent fan project created to provide information and resources for the game Neverness To Everness. - User Responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, and permissions to publish the User Content you submit. You also warrant that your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, or other intellectual property rights of any person.
- License Grant to Us: By submitting User Content to the Site, you grant NTEGame.com a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Site's services. This license is solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Site.
- Prohibited Content: You may not submit any User Content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, infringing of intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or otherwise injurious to third parties.
- Right to Moderate: We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, review, edit, reject, or remove any User Content at our sole discretion, without notice, for any reason.
- Content Removal: You may request removal of your submitted content (such as a clip or benchmark) by contacting us via Discord or email (see Section 11).
4. Account and Authentication
Some features (like clip or benchmark submission) may require authentication via third-party platforms such as Twitch. By linking your account, you authorize us to access limited public data (e.g., your Twitch username or ID) solely to identify and attribute your submissions. We do not have access to your password or email from any third-party provider.
5. Hardware Benchmarks and Verification
If you submit benchmark data or screenshots, you confirm that the information is accurate and your own. Verification screenshots are reviewed by site moderators for authenticity and are explicitly *not* shared publicly. The public benchmark list only displays the performance data and username you provide.
6. Advertisements, Affiliate Links, and Cookies
NTEGame.com may display third-party advertisements and affiliate links (e.g., to retailers). We do not control or endorse the products or services advertised. Interacting with such ads or affiliate links is at your own discretion.
Third-party advertisers may use cookies and tracking technologies for ad personalization and measurement. These cookies may be used to personalize advertising, limit ad frequency, and measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns.
7. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
- Engage in any activity that is harmful, fraudulent, deceptive, or threatening.

We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Site immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Your use of the Site is at your sole risk. The Site is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. NTEGame.com does not warrant that the information provided is accurate, reliable, or correct; that the Site will be available at any particular time or location, uninterrupted or secure; or that any defects or errors will be corrected.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall NTEGame.com, its operators, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; or (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your content. In no event shall the aggregate liability of NTEGame.com for all claims relating to the Site exceed the sum of one U.S. dollar ($1.00).
