Tier List Creator Hotfixes & Improvements

Fixed
Resolved an issue where sharing a tier list generated an excessively long and unusable URL. The system now provide short, clean, and shareable links.
Fixed a layout bug causing the entire page to have a horizontal scrollbar on mobile devices. The page now fits correctly on all screen sizes.
Addressed a mobile-specific bug where the page would lock and scroll incorrectly after clicking the 'Download Tier List' button, which also caused rendering to fail.
Corrected text rendering in downloaded tier list images. Tier labels are now perfectly centered vertically, and the image accurately matches the on-screen preview.
Improved the responsiveness of tier labels on mobile devices. Long text now automatically scales down and wraps properly to fit within the tier box.

You can now customize the homepage. Drag and drop the main navigation cards to arrange them in any order you like.

Added a dedicated Patch Notes page to track all official game updates.

Events & Requirements Page Overhaul

Overhauled the mobile processor compatibility list on the Requirements page with a massive accuracy and data update. The new list is meticulously compiled from multiple benchmarks (AnTuTu, Geekbench, 3DMark) to provide a trustworthy resource.
Expanded the list to include dozens of additional processors from all major brands, including Qualcomm, MediaTek, Samsung, Apple, Huawei, Unisoc, and Xiaomi.
Redesigned the chipset modal with a cleaner UI and a more intuitive 3-tier system (Recommended, Medium, Minimum) to better reflect real-world performance.
Added data sources for transparency and a community Discord link for feedback on the chipset list.
The Events page has a fresh, efficient look, showing more content clearly on all devices.
Fixed a critical bug causing event end dates to be missing. Events are now correctly categorized and displayed in the 'Active', 'Media', and 'Past Events' sections.
